This question came up in a group Bible Study and I was given the privilege to answer it – Question: If GOD is Jealous, why do we seem to put more emphasis on Jesus in Prayer and Worship than Directly to the Father? ( I understand the concept of the Trinity but confused when Jesus and GOD are treated as the same.) I would not say that Children of GOD place more importance on the Son (YAHUSHUA) than the Father (YAHUVEH). Let’s begin answering this question with this first point.

It is the Father’s will that we honor His Son, even as we honor Him.

For it is written:

For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.” John 5:22-23.

The Father Himself has honored His Son, when we acknowledge the Son it brings Glory to the Father.

8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:8-11

When you worship YAHUSHUA you worship all 3 of us at the same time. Prophecy 90 – What Is The Name Of The RUACH ha KODESH?

Our prayers are heard only through the name of YAHUSHUA ha MASHIACH (Jesus Christ). YAHUSHUA, who is “in the form of God,” is more than worthy of our worship and adoration. We cannot pray directly to the Father, nor can we approach Almighty living YAHUVEH as we are. Just as the priests of old had had to sacrifice for their own sins first (Hebrews 7:27), and then for the sins of the people, so must we have the Blood of the Lamb of God covering us before we are accepted and heard by Father YAHUVEH.

YAHUSHUA/Jesus is GOD and is worthy of Worship.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 1:1

Let’s turn to Hebrews 1:8-12. This is Almighty YAHUVEH (GOD the Father) Speaking:

8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. 9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. 10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: 11 They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; 12 And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.

Creation

Verse 10 of the above Scripture tells us that the Lord YAHUSHUA laid the foundation of the earth. He, YAHUSHUA created the heavens and earth. Now Genesis 1:1 plainly states this: “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” YAHUSHUA ha MASHIACH is God. He is one with His Father YAHUVEH.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

There are 3 Ruling Thrones; YAHUVEH sits in the middle, YAHUSHUA ha MASHIACH sits on the right side of YAHUVEH and I your MOMMA SHKHINAH sit on the left side. All 3 of us rule in Heaven equally and are CO-CREATORS. Yet there is only one MASHIACH named YAHUSHUA. Only through YAHUSHUA’s Name and Blood is there Salvation for the people on earth.

Prophecy 90 – What Is The Name Of The RUACH ha KODESH? In Genesis, we see a back and forth sort of pattern. God said, and God did, For example:

6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. 7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. Genesis 1:6-7

Or

26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. Genesis 1:26-27

This pattern confirms what was spoken in John 1:3 “All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.” God The Father (YAHUVEH), Son (YAHUSHUA), and Holy Spirit (SHKHINYAH) were all present during creation, The Son, Father, and Mother are Co-Creators. Indeed YAHUSHUA is GOD, HE is one with the Father (YAHUVEH) and Mother (SHKHINYAH) and deserves our worship. We pray to Abba YAHUVEH in YAHUSHUA’s name “for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” Acts 4:12 Image Source
